G getting stronger every day
Y you must always listen to what coaches say
M mounting the beam is tricky skill
N never give up practising every drill
A acrobatics and vaulting need a fast run
S somersaults and handsprings are so much fun
T tumbling and flips must be really quick
I inner core strength is needed to make landings stick
C cast on the bar need to be strong and high
S spending time with my gym friends is the best, it’s hard to say goodbye
