The wind dances, knotting my hair
I love this place, here and there.
The ocean waves, the seagulls chirp
The sun shines, and the wind curls around my finger
I don’t let the bad feelings linger, here.
This is the place where my mind goes wild
Even though I’m just a child
I am a poet
This is where my poems come from and I know it.
Here, I am creative, I am kind, and I have a master mind
I am who I’ve always wanted to be.
