The Arts Learning Festival steps into a new and exciting space in 2021, with a program of innovative and interactive virtual events.
We’ve brought together some of the best international and Australian artists, galleries and museums, joining forces with ISV to deliver new workshops online. Much of the program will include resources that can be used by students and schools to extend their learning well beyond the festival.
This year’s festival theme is Reimagine, Recreate, Renew. After the upheavals of 2020, we think the theme strikes an important note of optimism, where the festival can be the vehicle for students to envision a new and positive future.
This year’s festival will look a little different to previous years. We are providing greater flexibility for schools, delivering the festival in three phases throughout the school year:
- Phase 1 | 24–28 May (Term 2)
- Phase 2 | 26–29 July (Term 3)
- Phase 3 | Early September (Term 3)
